I got into this work because I’ve been the woman curled up in pain after meals, scared to leave the house because my gut was so unpredictable. At one point, every single thing I ate made me feel sick. I tried every diet, every supplement, cut more and more foods—but nothing actually helped.
I had stubborn acne, no energy, and brain fog so bad I felt like a zombie. I spent years throwing money at “solutions” that never got to the root of what was really going on.
That’s why I do what I do now. I help other women—especially busy moms—heal their gut and finally feel like themselves again. The best part of my job? Watching it click for my clients when they realize everything in the body is connected. And then seeing the shift when their changes start working. Less stress, better digestion, more energy—and no more guessing.
